The Porsche looks factory fresh again. I have not seen anything that suggests the car was ever damaged. The price was more than I would have thought it would be, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I would not hesitate to have Fix Auto work on it again if needed.

When I arrived to pick up my car, there was paint on the door in multiple spots that needed to be buffed multiple times to be removed. It was still not completely removed when I left.

While Kent *mostly* kept me up to date with the time line for my car, everything I spoke with him he would over explain, acted quite grouchy, and blamed everyone else for the issues. Including the day I picked up my car. He did not walk me out to my car to make sure it was done properly, I had to go back inside to explain about issues with the paint and he offered no apology or explanation. As a matter of fact, he openly complained to the painter and let him deal with me and I never heard another word from him either while they were fixing it, or after the fact.

Front bumper was not completely done like I originally had it. Also grill wasn’t assembled correctly. Paint doesn’t match it’s super bright white can really tell the difference. Back bumper wasn’t aligned right. Pick it up yesterday return it right away today.
