I’m very frustrated. Our brakes were fine when we dropped the car off. Upon getting it back, the brakes are terrible! My wife called and the employee just acted as if it’s always been that way and even said he’d be happy to “fix” my brakes for a fee... it’s just insane. I’ll be writing reviews. Unacceptable.
