I have referred many people to this shop when it was Sid’s because I worked for Toyota of El Cajon and this was our preferred shop. I won’t again.

I came to pick up my vehicle and it was in no way done correctly. The gapping was off. The alignment of the trunk lid was not even the trunk does not open or close properly and I was told I need to wait for the parts to wear in. Which is bs the trunk latch is not aligned correctly at all I will be bringing it back in a week to have it fixed properly ( the service rep stated it takes a week for the parts to “wear in”)

They guy was nice but the repair was not close to being right. The rep did get slightly perturbed when I made him adjust the trunk 5! Times.

We were in 3 accidents from July 2018 to December 2018. We were 0% responsible for all 3 of them. The 1st 2 accidents we took our car to Sids Auto Body for the body work. The last accident Fix it was the new name of the business. However, Kent was our go to guy for all 3 accidents. He always gave us updated status in a timely manor. Good to his word.
