Lalo was super helpfull and communities about the updates as the repairs went they even finished the car 5 days before the original date schedule. All parts that were damaged were replaced. Super friendly and awesome people to work with. Customer service was amazing.

They were able to get us in for repairs right away. They also kept up communication on estimated repair dates, informing both myself and my husband through texts, calls, and voicemail. They also cleaned outside and inside our car which was very helpful and a very nice to do; I really appreciated that bit of extra help.

I had to be way too involved in this process. What should have been 2 weeks without my vehicle turned into a month, and the only reason my car was finished at the one month mark was because I had to ask this fix auto location to pay for my rental vehicle beyond the next day. The insurance company only covered it for 30 days. Ironically after I went in and expressed my concern and asked them to cover it, the car was done a couple hours later. Poor communication, poor planning, and poor management. I will no longer be using fix auto if God forbid I have a need for repairs in the future.

They were nice, but obviously need additional training. I had to connect them with the claims adjuster, and even after I did the leg work for them TWICE, they still contacted the wrong people, extending the time my vehicle was at the shop.
