I'm very happy with the work and the cost for the repairs, but what really stood out was the professional way things were handled and the great communication. I wanted to avoid unnecessary work. Specifically, I did not want to pay for expensive backup sensors if the existing ones could be saved. They were absolutely willing to work with me. In the end, they did find the 3 sensors were damaged, but then offered the option to just replace the bumper on my old car without the sensors. They gave me choices and earned my trust.

Everything was great. I submitted a request for quote via web form. I had to provide a basic description and pictures of the damage. I received a fair estimate within a few hours.

I am so appreciative for the time Fix Auto put into repairing my car. Everyone in the office who I engaged with were pleasant and the date I was given to expect the repairs to be done, was right on time! They kept me updated on the progress and when I picked up my car, I was blown away. My car looks brand new. The paint job was done beautifully and there was no evidence that it had been in an accident! Kudos to Lalo! Job well done!

The staff at Fix are nothing but top notch. As anyone knows who’s had their car damaged in an auto accident it’s no fun using a rental and being without your daily driver. The repairman found all the damage done to my vehicle and was able to find all parts needed and put my car together in 10 days. All this could not have been done without Lalo’s excellent customer service skills, knowledge and communication. I will definitely use Fix again if the situation arises. The people were courteous and I enjoyed speaking with both Malinda & Lalo. The quality of the work was also good. The only thing that should be improved was meeting the scheduled delivery.
