Jessica was truly outstanding and a pleasure to deal with. If I was starting a company and needed a highly professional person to be the initial contact for my company, you couldn’t hire a better person than Jessica. Give her a raise!

I love Jessica and Alex, and they’ve been my new family shop since arriving in Washington State. I love their service and they were extremely attentive. Even if I were to leave Washington State due to Navy life, I would highly recommend them if they need Auto Body repairs.❤️ They were there for me and comforted me when I was grieving the loss of both of my parents, and they offered me words of encouragement.

I was happy with the work, but not happy with the way I had to pay $424.52 in order to pick up my Tesla. I shouldn't have had to pay anything since it was Progressive Insurance that was paying the bill. A dispute between Fix Auto and the Progressive adjuster left me having to pay for the OME parts which the adjuster said he did not approve. So I get screwed in the process, and that has made me very unhappy with both FixAuto and especially Progressive Insurance.

The repair itself is great, however, it took way too long to complete. I understand that parts were not available, but I think that a better process is needed. I’m not sure what that would be, unfortunately.
