The repair was good. The communication terrible. Kept my car over the weekend without asking and the delay was not communicated to me. Close Fridays at 3:00, but website says 5:00.

Thank you to the team, our goal for repair was to have it parked in our garage before leaving for AZ. The quality craftsmanship is A+ to detail and it looks as good if not better. We drove it from Gig Harbor to Port Ludlow and all functionality is as it should be. When we return at the holidays we will have a more through review and at 90 days get is washed following the new paint instructions.

I initially was told that my car will take 3 to 4 weeks. I was also told that they would text me instead of emailing me cuz I asked for him. My car took triple the time. Very little communication in between. I also had to have a rental car that I had to pay for. I was given excuse after excuse. I even came in early to put a down payment down so they could order the parts. I went out of town for 10 days. Got back and called on my car. Hadn't even got the parts yet. Extremely dissatisfied. Would not recommend anybody to go there unless you've got lots of time. You don't need your car or a lot of money for a rental car
