I had a small area on the back of the car about 2 in.² that I needed repainted. They told me they had to remove that section to repaint it and they charge me $844 for that repair. I left their feeling that I was taking advantage of. Also the estimate they gave me saying they had to remove all of the front end wrap to match the hood with defenders it turned out. They never removed the wrap from the fender. They only did the hood so I believe they ripped the insurance company off really bad. I have a friend that owns three auto body shops in New York in the city. I sent him the estimate to fix my car and he wrote back ha ha ha. He told me you would never wanna use them again. There are most expensive auto body shop he’s ever seen and they’re ripping the insurance company off and the insurance company doesn’t know any better
