Every person I worked with from start to finish made me feel like the whole staff was available to assist at any time. Something you rarely get from other shops as one single person is typically assigned per customer and that's the only staff member that is authorized to speak about a repair. Communication was great. As a used car purchaser and manager for large dealerships in the south sound I have consistently worked with the largest body shops in the south sound hundreds of times. The communication, friendliness, staff availability, and speed at which my truck was returned to me was far above and beyond many other shops. A truly premier experience. The office girls create a warm and welcoming experience while making sure I was kept in the loop constantly. Aaand my truck looks great. Great job Fix Auto!
