My car looks great. I don’t have to think about the hit and run anymore. I’m only a few days in, however: I can’t imagine having a problem in the future.. I had to cancel 2 times, back to back weeks short notice ( extenuating circumstances, both times) none the less.. I was completely limited on when I could bring her in. Yes , I was that customer. While I wasn’t rude about my needs, they were great at not making me feel like a pain. Kyle and Scott…. Thank you. When I was picking up my car, I had the luxury of seeing the shop through a window. So clean. The Lobby is inviting, I believe I even saw coffee. Still a 10 all day, only suggestion would be if you and the rental company had an arrangement for pick up and drop off. But maybe that is me projecting my own inconveniences, not planning ahead. I’ve only taken my car to the dealership, this was the first time I hadn’t. The customer service was great, my “ girl” looks good as new. Thank you again
