We were able to schedule the repair within an acceptable timeframe. The car was rear-ended, resulting in damage to the lower right bumper and rear light. Upon reviewing the estimate, we discovered that the replacement rear light was sourced from a salvage yard. I researched the OEM pricing for a new part, and it was only $20 more expensive. I informed Fix Auto of this situation, and they opted for a new OEM part. Communication and updates were exceptional, as was the detail and explanation of the actual repair activities. Despite the inconvenience and frustration caused by the damage, Fix Auto effectively minimized the effort and time required. We highly recommend their services.

I was pleased with the work, hospitality, and cleanliness of my car overall. They went above and beyond cleaning the exterior. Yet I have one qualm since my trunk was accessed and has a “trunk cover” and they never put my trunk cover back in place and minor things were not put back where they found them either which was not preferred.
