Scott and Fix Auto in Gladstone are absolutely a rare-breed these days. I had a repair that needed to be redone. I brought the car back, they assessed it, owned it and made it right. No fuss, no muss, honest and upstanding folks. If you need a repair, and you want peace of mind that if something happens it will be fixed. This is the shop for your auto. Their integrity is unmatched. What's more I brought my car in on a Monday and had it back by Wednesday. Cleaned inside and out as a courtesy. Paint is incredible, looks like nothing ever happened. It was nice to see that even as a re-touch they prioritized my vehicle despite the repair falling under their warranty. 10/10 would recommend.

Driving my car without notifying to run an errand to what seemed like their other shop 13miles away, leaving car on for hours during the week of repairs draining the batteries, and while driving a customers car was unprofessional in exceeding speed limits, driving through red turn lights, taking phone calls discussing how management doesn't know what they are doing, and yelling swears at other drivers. Moved all my seat adjustments and no attempt to put back. Radio was left On. Very unprofessional and I would never ever recommend this shop as long as they have that shop worker there. Unknown if this is a problem with 1 individual or the whole shop behaves like this. He acted like a shop mgr/lead as he had keys to open this 2ndary shop for others waiting for him, and mostly just stood around watching other employees work and taking phone calls. He wore a black baseball cap with blue Detroit Lions logo, had red facial hair with some grey in the chin area. I imagine this local shop knows which employee this was

Repairs/speed was good, a shop worker was very unprofessional and drove my car 26miles without notifying me but also my dashcam caught them speeding on highway, yelling obscenities at other drivers/bicycles, talking on phone, and making illegal turn on a red light. They also left the car on for hours (EV) draining the main and 12v batteries and made no attempt to recharge the car. Seat adjustments were all significantly changed and not put back, and the car radio was left On when I dropped it off with them turned Off. So they turned it on and were listening

1st time in Scott took a few min sitting at his desk to even acknowledge I walked in (no one else was in there). However at pickup time they were friendly and prompt, and called soon as the car was done so I could pickup before the weekend. Going to chalk up first interaction as he was just 'in the zone' and didn't want to pause work to say Hi or Be Right With You

Ordered parts incorrectly, 4-times? Amazing how the 5th attempt was successful after we personally visited the parts dealership. A bumper replacement should not take 3+ weeks.
