Breanna helped me throughout the entire process, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the customer service I received. Any questions I had, she was always happy to answer without hesitation. She has amazing customer service skills and was extremely attentive throughout the whole process. This was my second time bringing my car to you guys, and once again, I was extremely pleased with the work done. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. They even washed my car inside and out, which was such a nice touch! That’s exactly why I chose to bring my car back a second time. Having unfortunately been in an auto accident that was the other person’s fault on July 15, there was no question about where we were going to have our car repaired, Fix Auto. The insurance company of the person that was at fault was extremely friendly and sensitive to our needs. We immediately coordinated with Fix Auto to drop our car off for repairs. From the first phone call to Fix Auto, Ms. Breanna Croy was phenomenal. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She checked our vehicle in and kept us up to date on the progress of repairs. Having informed us of a specific day of the repairs possibly being completed, as there was a delay, she immediately informed us that there would be a delay and the reason for it, to which I fully understood and respected. Ms. Croy then informed us of the day that all repairs would be finished, which they were, a full 2 days ahead of the anticipated completion date. We are completely satisfied with all repairs completed, the customer service experience with Ms. Breanna Croy and our overall experience with Fix Auto. We truly appreciated how Ms. Croy provided frequent updates in the progress of repairs and was very transparent about everything. Ms. Croy truly made us feel acknowledged, valued and appreciated as customers. We highly recommend anyone reading this review that if you unfortunately find yourself on the end of an auto accident and needing auto body repairs, Fix Auto is the place to go. You will be very satisfied.

From our very first phone call, Ms. Breanna Croy was phenomenal—providing a masterclass in great customer service. She was incredibly friendly, organized our vehicle check-in flawlessly, and took it upon herself to provide frequent, transparent updates on the repair progress. When a delay arose, Breanna proactively communicated the issue and clearly explained the reasoning behind it, which we fully understood and deeply respected. What impressed us even more was that after resetting expectations, she and the repair team ultimately exceeded them by finishing the work and delivering our vehicle a full 2 days ahead of the anticipated completion date! The craftsmanship and repair quality are absolutely perfect—you cannot even tell there was damage. Breanna truly made us feel acknowledged, valued, and appreciated as customers.
