Allison has a very good knowledge of the repairs and the cars. However, I would've like to have heard more communication from her throughout the process. It would be nice to get a text or email update once a week to hear what is happening on my car. At some points I was waiting for calls back from her and had to call again. I know that she is swamped with work, so this may be a need to get an additional person to help out...

Even after I was u happy with the window repair. Johnathan was excellent with service recovery. They made every effort to avoid me having to deal with getting the car back to the shop. The window glass discrepancy was explained in detail so I have a better understanding of why there is such a difference in the second repair.
