i rated the services a 9 due to the lengthy of the repairs. It took almost a month to get the repairs completed. Also it took a few pick ups & drop offs to get the falcon door sensor completed . The Advisor Alison deserves a 10 for her dedications to get my auto completed. I know that it’s out of your control to get the parts ordered from Tesla but maybe that’s something that fix Auto manage may want to revisit the situation with tesla .
