i was a customer back in early october and unfortunately got into another accident one week after my car was fixed. my decision to return was largely due to the communication that chris delivered to me. he always gave me an update or at the very least give me a time frame of when i should receive an update. hope i dont get into another accident but i will come back for the third time if so.

The team here was great to work with. Only issue I had was having to call in for updates on the parts arriving. But when my car was in the shop, I got a few calls to update me which was very much appreciated.
