Chris performed very professionally in accordance with fulfilling his commitments with me. He called when he said he would and provided updated information. Even when no new changes occurred, Chris called, as he said he would, to say that Tesla had not yet delivered the needed parts to continue with the repairs. Fulfilling commitments and following up on updates are essential to professionalism. Chris performed very well! Great job Chris.
