The rating would have been a lot less if it was not for Ana Pinedo fixing an issue for me. After dropping off my vehicle, person that perform a car inspection did not tell me to remove the content in my trunk. After two days, I get a call from the customer service representative at 4:30 pm letting me know they could not start fixing the vehicle until the items in the trunk were removed. The customer service representative could not fix a simple issue. Ana was able to move the items from my trunk so Fix Auto mechanic could get to work.
