This was my first experience with any repair shop outside the Tesla-owned service centers and I was completely satisfied with Fix Auto Hi-Line in Anaheim. Besides the lifetime guarantee and excellent repair job done to my Tesla, I was very impressed with customer service from the staff, especially Ana, who regularly updated me 3 times a week via text messages during the whole process. At the beginning, I asked Ana to explain to me in plain English about each item in the Estimate of Record and she called me, patiently, thoroughly walked me through the whole list. She even went beyond by making a note to my insurance about the clear wrap needed to be reimbursed. Thank you Fix Auto Hi-Line, especially Ana for a seamless and pleasant experience. I could not ask for more.
