I had a very great experience. After being rear ended in my car, fix auto made a stressful situation very easy to deal with. I stopped in to drop my car, told Brian my situation, him and office staff arranged my pick up from enterprise for a rental car. Fix auto communicated with insurance companies, and keep me informed throughout the week with all repairs and costs. One week later I have my car back looking tip top with a repaired and repainted rear end. They even went above and beyond by detailing my car inside and out. Thank you very much for the smooth and Honest business practice. Hope I never get rear ended again, but if I do I will be back. Eric
