I had the unfortunate luck of someone backing into me and creating quite the mess with my new car. I went through my Insurance to get things taken care of, they welcomed me with warm smiles and a complete breakdown in what will be the next steps. I took my car in on the 18th of June with an estimated completion date of July 15t. They willingly offered to drive me to the Car Rental Company after drop-off making this even more amazing. THEY FINISGED MY CAR WITH GREAT SUCCESS 15 DAYS EARLY!!! This has been the most smooth operation anyone could ask for- and I have never been in an accident before this and I have been driving for over 30 years! Do not hesitate to let them handle your affairs.

There were delays getting parts, which I understand you didn’t control. But I could have used more frequent updates since it took three months to complete the work. But my contact was helpful in proving information and very courteous and friendly.
