Could not have been more appreciative of the front office, the cleaning crew and the body shop. I hope never to see them again, as I don’t want to have another accident, but in case I ever do, I will back at FIX Auto La Habra I could not give a higher recommendation

I was very satisfied with my experience at Fix Auto La Habra. My car was repaired quickly and looks great! The team was very helpful in explaining the damages to my car and the repairs needed. Even when the repairs of the car being high the team was willing to be flexible and provided a small discount. Which I greatly appreciated and really demonstrates a care for customers. The front desk staff was kind and always promptly responded to my questions/emails. Diana was so helpful in the entire process!

Due to the delay of completion, I’m not confident of recommending the shop.

Quality of repair so far Im satisfied but have to wait after 30 to 90 days for the complete assessment. I was unhappy though of the delayed completion of the repair. Shop should have outsource where to get OEM replacement door to other suppliers.
