I got my car back in less than a week. The employees were very professional. The lady at the front desk who helped me with my car, she called me and let me know, the status of what was going on with my car. I would pick fix auto every time if I would have to fix my car ever again

From the day I got into a car accident, Fix Auto Anaheim was there for me. I called them the same day, and they fit me in for an appointment right away. The staff was so kind, warm, and incredibly helpful. Since the damage was extensive, they referred me to their sister shop in La Habra. That’s where I met Diana, and I can’t say enough good things about her! She was amazing—so kind, patient, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions, kept me updated, and worked hard to get my car done as quickly as possible. The entire team at the La Habra location was just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and skilled. They did an incredible job on my car; it honestly looks like nothing ever happened. Thank you for also washing my car! I’m so grateful to Diana and everyone who helped me through this stressful situation. I had nothing short of a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Fix Auto to anyone who needs repairs.
