I was very impressed with the professionalism at Fix Auto. It's a very small office, which creates a family atmosphere. All the representatives are very attentive, and although the majority of communication takes place by text or computer responses, the staff is more than willing to speak with you by phone. Overall, our vehicle was repaired on time and washed and vacuumed, given to us super clean. I recommend highly and with great enthusiasm Fix Auto.

The repairs looked really good and there have been no complications in driving the car. Communication about the timeline of the repairs and transparency about the costs was excellent. I also appreciate that the car repairs were finished ahead of schedule. I did not expect my car to be cleaned for me, but that was a welcome additional service. If I am ever in need to repair my vehicle, I would definitely consider coming back here.
