I recently had my vehicle repaired at Fix Auto after a car accident. Overall, the experience was very positive. The staff was professional, communicated well, and seemed to genuinely care about my situation and getting the vehicle back to proper condition. Customer service was solid from start to finish — no run around, no hassle. So far the repairs look good and everything seems to be functioning correctly. It has only been a few days since getting the car back, but at this point I’m satisfied with the work and how I was treated throughout the process. I appreciate the effort they put into making a stressful situation easier, and based on my experience, I would return in the future if needed.
