I was happy with the repair. We left and opened the trunk find that the contents of the trunk had not been replaced. We did return to Fix Auto Manchester and he technician explained and gave us my belongings for my trunk and also vacuumed my trunk at my request. I am happy I received all of my belongings and had my trunk vacuumed. I am just unhappy that the technician forgot to replace everything in the trunk and that we had to drive all the way back there. Also, we drove there another unnecessary time when I received a text a day before my vehicle was ready and he link showed it would be ready at 4pm. We showed up and made an unnecessary trip in the rental car when the car was not ready.

The paint repair was perfectly matched to the existing paint! Fix Auto (Ashley) kep us informed and was prompt in the delivery date and time. They even washed the car and vacuumed the driver and passenger floor mats like our dealer does. Thank you.
