I was overly impressed with the service at fix auto. I had the pleasure of dealing with both Rob and Mike who provided me with full satisfaction. Not only were they timely on returning phone calls but they always had the answer I needed and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. After waiting 2 weeks for my car to be repaired after an accident, I was able to pick it up, pay my deductible, and get the keys in a matter of 2 minutes. Moreover, when service staff was not on sight to help put on my front license plate, Mike personally saw to it. The whole experience was better than ever imagined. I would recommend fix auto to anyone who asked. 10/10.

I walked into three buildings trying to find information on my car and the people at fix it auto were the nicest and fastest to help me.
