The work quality was superior. But when I take it in and hear nothing for a week, that's unacceptable. Even just to say...waiting on parts; Insurance hasnt responded,etc. Trying to plan travel and/or length of rental makes this an expensive and unnecessary waste of a week. Once "the process" began, text updates were regular and informative. But, if you want to talk to a person, their number is forwarded with no reply. Work=10; customer service=5

The repair looks great and I appreciate that Erik communicated consistently about the progress. I wish it had been repaired sooner but I understand that some replacement parts received by Fix Auto were damaged, causing a delay in the repair.

My radiator is damaged from the accident which you didn’t fix . You postponed my completion date 3 times . Also i received a new headlight and the associated who checked my car said the would take the clear coat of of my other headlight so the would match. That didn’t happen. Also your dent guy would repair my dent but I got two quotes from other dent repair places today .
