Repair work was good. Communication so-so. I did not like FixAuto passing the credit card fee to me. AAA paid you nearly $8000 for my auto repair. I paid you $1000 (my AAA deductible). Because I used my credit card, your shop insisted I had to pay the credit card transaction fee (approx $35). I gave you approximately $9000 in business but you couldn't/wouldn't pay the $35 for the credit card transaction fee. Bad business. Poor customer service. Initially, AAA wanted to refer me to one of their approved shops but I told them I wanted your shop because you were in my neighborhood. Though, I am good with the repair work, I would never use you again, nor refer anyone to your shop because of ridiculous insistence that I pay the $35.

Erick was very attentive. He constantly communicated with me, and sent me daily updates. He made sure i was inform of any delays. The big one is, he returned phone calls and emails. Execellent customer service
