Rick was very knowledgeable and professional. I took my car there for body repair. My car was rear ended and my back bumper, back quarter panel and rear wheel was damaged badly. The repair promptly as promised. The end result was spectacular, like new -- very happy.

Great service they really took the time to explain to me the situation on what would happen with my car, how long stuff would take to ship due to Covid. They really eased my stress after getting hit by a car. Chuck and Rick are really great people and they aren’t just about business they take the time to know their client and treat them with respect. Highly recommend them.

Fix Auto Monrovia, was recommended to me by a friend; who spoke very highly of them. And trust me, they did not disappoint. Rick, was so awesome, helped me get through all the craziness with my insurance and rental. My car was only 4 months old, when the accident happened. And they did such an amazing job. It looked like it did, when I drove it off the Hyundai lot. It came back before the ETA and no one would have ever known, it was involved in an accident. This place is awesome! I highly recommend it and will recommend it to anyone and everyone who needs work done. You will not be disappointed.
