I recently had my Tesla Model 3 and I was so impressed with the customer service! I live about 45 minutes from their location, and they went out of their way to wait for me after hours to help me. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and courteous. The work looks great and was completed quickly. And you were able to be flexible when the other party wanted to pay direct vs go thru insurance.

My son got hit by an RTD bus in Long Beach and the whole front end of his car was ruined and Mike was amazing with quickly getting all the parts and getting everything fixed. A week after that, my daughter’s car was parked outside our house and somebody with a tow truck hit the back of her car and did extensive damage and again Mike came through and did an incredible job Due to both of those jobs, I trusted him with my Porsche 911 turbo which needed to get painted in a few areas change out the seals and add a front lip and a few other things on the inside and once again he came through with flying colors I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with Fix It and I highly recommend them and I will use them again.
