I believe I've already taken this survey, but the staff I have encountered are incredibly helpful, kind and the work done on my car the two unfortunate times I have been there have been flawless. I own a Tesla, and they do an amazing job. I once had a body shop work on my Tesla at another location (the one next door to the Burbank Tesla shop) and they broke my computer, my sensors, and such always did weird things. Michael is just amazing (at fix auto), they did an amazing job, and I will always recommend them for any work (insurance or not). Thank you.
