Alexis is a gem! From the first contact I had with her through the entire process of my car repair she was so kind! That is such an important piece when you’re already dealing with a stressful situation. Fix Auto did an amazing job on my car, when we came to pick it up the car looked great good as new!!!! People at Fix Auto Montrose are very professional. Alexis Martinez , the lady in the front office is knowledgeable and very helpful. I read the reviews first before I brought my Tesla y over there. The good reviews are all accurate. I didn’t make a wrong decision bringing my car at Fix Auto Montrose. Michael Noriega is friendly, professional, polite and easy to talk to. A few weeks ago, my son got hit when he was just parked and last week my daughter‘s car was parked outside and some guy with a trailer hit her when her car was parked so we’ve had a little bit of bad luck, but we had a great experience with Fix Auto we dealt with Michael again and again he was great really enjoyed his service. He was prompt with ordering the parts and the car looks great. Everybody there was wonderful. We will definitely use them again.
