The team was very easy to work with and is very personable. The work they do is excellent (cannot tell there was any work done at all) and they keep you informed of the process the entire time so you know what to expect and when your car will be ready for pickup. Couldn't recommend them more. 10/10

The car was only finished about 80% of the repair when I came to pick up the car, so I refused to take it. When I returned later, it was about 98% repaired. It was exhausting having to check everything and explain the issues. Why can’t the car be fully repaired before the first pickup?

I had a wonderful experience! They were the kindest people and super thorough with all the work I needed done. My neighbor hit my parked car and I needed to go through insurance to fix it up. They made the process seamless and my car is fixed up great! They even called to check that the work was to my satisfaction, I told them a tire pressure light came on and they told me to come and they fixed it right away. I will recommend them to anyone who needs work done! I am so glad my mechanic John recommended them to me!
