We dealt with Dulce and she was the best! She was so helpful, friendly, and kind to my 91 year old mother who had just been in the accident. She called me regularly with updates which was a very pleasant surprise as The customer is usually the one who has to keep calling for status. Whoever owns that Montrose shop should do whatever they can to keep her happy because she is a real asset!

I was very impressed with the staff, particularly the young lady. She was affable and knowledgeable. I thought the price for repair was fair, and my car was actually fixed earlier than I expected. On top of that, she did a beautiful job washing my car at the end, and besides, it even smells good! It was a very positive experience.
