I would, however, share my most recent experience to help create better communication between friend and shop. However, I would mention this was my second experience, and the first time was 10 on all levels. Perhaps I just experienced a time when you were very very busy

The craftsmanship is excellent. It did take at least twice as long as expected based on the estimate to finish the project which ended up costing us out-of-pocket for a Rent-A-Car Also, we had very clear paperwork that outlined what we wanted done, but when we picked up the car, a big part of the work was not done
