New bumper had scratch that could not be buffed out. Person who detailed the car dried it with some kind of sand or foreign object that scratched passenger rear door. Just noticed it three days after i picked up the car but clearly it was part of car wash process.

But everyone I worked with at FixAuto treated me kindly. They provided me a very clear explanation of the work needed, and an accurate estimate. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and even finished ahead of the estimated date of completion.
