My insurance company recommended Fix Auto and because they had good feedback I went with them and they didn't disappoint me not one little bit. Very polite and friendly but their work was relatively fast, and professional. I'm especially impressed with the paint which matched perfectly and blended into the rest of the body so I couldnt tell where it started or stopped. I absolutely love the finished product on my van. I will go back for sure and will recommend them to anyone who needs body work.

Everyone I interacted with at Fix was very friendly and helpful. The repair took longer than I anticipated and I was getting anxious, but the guys were great at communicating to let me know how it was going and when I was going to be able to pick up my car. I would definitely go back to Fix.

The staff were very kind but service felt disorganized and lacked communication. I received automated status updates after I’d picked up my car again. I tried dropping off my car during a couple of different appointment times but was unable to due to staff not being present. I tried getting in contact by calling and had to leave a couple of voicemails that weren’t returned. The work itself was taken care of well, but I had to initiate all communication to figure out what was happening with my car. I also appreciate them figuring out an additional problem with my car I called them about after dropping it off in their care.
