April and Steve were awesome at getting us in quickly for an estimate and then scheduled the work around my schedule. Steve also went above and beyond to get the work done on time since Rivian was not being helpful in delivering the needed parts. Steve actually went to their service center to "borrow" the part until it arrived. The work is great and all the programming was done so the car is functioning perfectly!
