customer service is misleading and no follow up for incomplete repair. Was told they have no phone number for the subcontractor? Only email.

after having the car in the shop over a week I was told the repair was finished. I picked up the car and a few days later noticed the protective clear shield on all four wheel flares was missing. I returned to the shop and was told they could not believe this was missed. They instructed that the clear coat installer did not have a phone number from contact and they send an email to him. Several days later and I have not received any updated information to complete this repair. I am upset

The car was repaired and looked great when I picked it up. I appreciated the car wash as well, nice service touch. I also appreciated the regular progress updates and even finishing a day earlier than predicted, so quality of work and service were excellent. Don't often see the combo these days.
