I was impressed with the fact that even though my claim with USAA had been initiated more than two years ago it was still open for processing. That fact meant no detail work for me. The work went ahead!

Happy with the repair, but not the washing.

The quality of the repair was excellent, however, I was unhappy about the fact that the car was washed improperly after the repairs were done. The car was left badly water spotted, which indicates it was put out in the sun with water droplets all over it, which dried and left mineral deposits on the surface of the paint. These are very difficult to remove without a lot of hand polishing. This is going to create a lot of man hours for me to remove.

The fix auto in Poulsbo were true professionals from the moment I arrived for Austin to take photos until I happily drove off in my car.
