My experience was second to none hands down outstanding. Melissa the receptionist there is an extreme professional at what she does for the business. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease at what was going to happen with my vehicle. It’s a stressful time for people in vehicle accidents and being able to be made to feel at ease at what is happening with the repair of it is a blessing. She even arrange to have me picked up by the rental car company. Made my whole experience worry free. Melissa's knowledge was impeccable. I will gladly recommend others to have their vehicle body work done by Fix of Poulsbo anytime. The repair was done remarkably as well.
