Spring and Austin, who seem to be running the show at Fix Auto North Kitsap, are kind and helpful, and they answered all my questions. The only reason I didn't give Fix Auto North Kitsap 10 stars is because they said they would be able to fix my car in "about one week," and it ended up taking more than a month before I got my car back. It's not their fault because they said the parts they ordered came from overseas. At their suggestion, I rented a car from Enterprise to drive while my car was being serviced. The rental car cost $31 per day, so when I could finally pick up my car, I had to pay $1,085 for the rental car. I assume Spring and Austin didn't realize how long it would take for them to get the parts they needed to fix my car.

Austin & his team did the expedited same day services on new rear bumper fix on dads Lincoln, My dads whose 86, so it is challenging coordinating drop off & pu. Also Spring is very helpful in communicating updates! Only one thing, when you leave a vm on their new system, my understanding they have troubles retrieving it in a timely way. I would refer Fix Auto 1 & Austins team to all my Fam & Friends, plus I would return again! Gosh I hope not but if needed I would. Thank you guys

Repair work was great, but it would've been helpful to have a better idea of a timeframe of when the repairs would be complete. Being without a vehicle for a month was rough, and made rougher by the fact that no updates were ever given without me calling, and even then, the update was a general "its in the process, it'll be done when it gets done".

When I did speak with an employee, they were always great, its just the fact that I never received a solid timeline of when I could expect the repairs to be done, and any updates I did get were because I called to request them, and even then, the only updates I ever received were just basically along the lines of "its in progress". Being without a vehicle for a month and trying to juggle any sort of planning around vehicles would've been made a lot easier if we had a more definite timeline and werr able to manage expectations based on that.
