Hector was very exceptionally helpful and courteous on the initial process making sure if I had any questions to be sure to ask. Which I thought was pretty thorough. David Luna was also an exceptional representative of the Company Fix Auto as he spoke with me,and showed me photos of the details of the body work of bumper. He also let me know that previously the bumper may have been allegedly tampered with due to some hog ties around some hardware on the internal bumper frame. He was very easy to talk to and very patient, and listened. Very knowledgeable about his craft. Great customer service from this location. Even the gentleman in the garage working on a vehicle at the time of picking up my car had a smile on his face. My car was cleaned inside and out very professional. Thanks for everyone involved in the process. I give 10 stars for this location on El cajon blvd
