My son was in a fender bender (not fun!) but Fix Auto made the whole process of estimation, insurance claims, and repair as painless as possible! They have a great automated system that sends updates as your car progresses through the repair process. We even had some additional work we wanted done and they were able to get additional quotes and get everything done within the original time frame.
