bob worked personally with the progress of my car. I received about 3 different ETAs. unfortunately, I kept having to wait for my car to be finished but all for good reasons. he wanted to ensure absolutely nothing was wrong with the car because he refused to hand it over if there was. I'm glad he took the time to throughly make sure everything was in top shape, and even though I had to wait I have no complains about their service and updates. their customer service was excellent and they made sure I left happy, and with my vehicle nice and healthy again
