Bob did a great job of making me feel like a wanted customer. My initial impression with customer service director was cold and very transactional... I felt she didn't want me there. Perhaps she was having a bad day and needed more smiles on her day. I hope she's ok.

I was 95% satisfied. That being said, the truck looks great and was done a day earlier than promised and the updates via text made me feel cared for. just a few minor issue kept me from being 100% satisfied and blown away. there were some spots that needed buffing out, the mirror was not completely in stalled, trailer hitch lighting was bent and wires hanging down and I noted a small blemish in the paint job. however these are minor issues and most were taken care of before drive off. if these issues had note been present I would have been completely floored. please keep up the good work and maybe just a little QA/QC before customer pick up is needed.
