Karina was absolutely amazing warm and welcoming from the initial phone call through the moment I walked into Fix Auto. The associate who assisted me with the vehicle walk-around at drop-off was also exceptional. Unfortunately, I do not recall her name, but she was professional and thorough. I was especially pleased that the repairs were completed in just two days rather than the estimated ten. I have always used Caliber in the past, but I am very glad I decided to give Fix Auto a try. The entire experience exceeded my expectations

I am disappointed. I had a great start to my car being fixed. The front desk's & the lack of professionalism is what has done it for me. This auto shop needs some improvements when it comes to how they handle customers. I would not suggest to my fellow Orange community to go to this establishment after the multiple issues I had.
