Sometimes you guys are busy and you don’t get back to people right away so it kind of gets a little frustrating but if people understand that you are very busy then it’s understandable

Thank you for your high level of care and communication, in the front office and back of house. I see pride in the work, which is so appreciated. The team was responsive and helpful at each time. On the first evening drive, the car seems 100% back together.

My vehicle was not fixed properly. I have to take it back because when turns right it makes a noise also the wheel cover is not clipped right. It took over a month to get my car back.

For a week you were sending me texts that it would be completed by the 25th. I had planned my work schedule and other commitments around that. Yesterday I got the text that I needed to go get the car. It's great that it was done, but my schedule is set and I really was forced to cut my work day short so that I wouldn't be charged beyond the 24-hour rental car limit
