It would be a 10 but the car is missing a mud flap that was paid for on the invoice. I notified the office a week ago and they never followed up. Very disappointing…

It should be a 10 but my truck was missing the drivers side mud flap when I picked it up. It was on the invoice. I called the shop and asked about it, they were going to call me back. It has been a week since I called and still no response
