I was very disappointed. I have had two other repairs done at the shop and was very pleased. This time was right that would be a three day fix turned out to be two weeks. The ladies in the office were great but my rap did not return calls and then when I picked up the car and got home my front light was not working. Had to wait to the next day to drive in to see if they could fix it ? ? which they did. But not getting calls back to keep me informed of what was happening was very disappointing and went promised a call back and not getting it several times was also very disappointing. Right now the car is running fine, the paint job looks good, But I was very disappointed in communications.

The people at Fix auto Oxnard are by far the best I?ve ever dealt with. I had a very complex claim and repair on a brand new truck that no one had parts for yet.. it took some time but non of which had anything to do with them. Carlos was my main contact there and he called me often with updates and was very accommodating all the way through.. I HIGHLY recommend them.
